Congratulations to Daniel, Anthony, Alijah, and Donovan on running a school record time of 17:58.77 in the 4xMile relay at Nike Outdoor Nationals!

The 4xMile is an event that is run at national championships and sometimes at Arcadia. It looks like the Boys’ time of 17:58.77 is currently the fastest time in California per athletic.net

1 mile (1609m) splits:
@danielcheyer 4:23.69
@anthony_nguyenn 4:48.30
@murilloalijah 4:23.67
@donovan.bollini 4:23.11

All running a sub 4:20 1600m, Alijah, Daniel, and Donovan have yet again rewritten the record books these past two weeks at the Golden West Invitational and Los Gatos All-Comers Meets. On the Branham 1600m record list, Alijah's 4:18.99 places him 3rd, Daniel's 4:19.47 places him 4th, and Donovan's 4:19.59 places him 5th.

Junior Year Track Season
Decent season. Started off hot at K-Bell then plateaued for a bit. Hit some good times and had a lot of fun at those big meets like Dublin, Stanford, and Arcadia. Peaked at Arcadia then got sick the week after and was never able to get back into peak shape. Felt weak at CCS and placed 4th for the 800 and 3rd for the 4x800 so wasn’t able to qualify for state by one placement for both. Really wish I was able to run the 800 at Arcadia, CCS Top 8, and state. Was never able to hit the times I wanted to hit but we have one more year. Planning on winning CCS in two events next year, we are gonna go crazy! I had a lot of fun with the CCS 800 boys and the WG boys. Gonna miss the crazy CCS seniors. Looking forward to cross country, the team is gonna be insane and I hope we can win CCS! PRs: 800: 1:54.34, 1600: 4:19.06.
