Is it May already? Reflecting back on April, life lately has been a gift, fun, rewarding, peaceful, aligned, introspective, and a blessing.

It’s been special and I’m grateful for everyone who has shared a slice of time with me.

Meet Don Jackson - Don (@dons_atelier) is a New York native and Owner of Smith and Lee Handmade @smithleehandmade, where he turned his passion for leather crafting from a hobby into a scalable business. To date, Smith and Lee Handmade has generated over $1 million in gross sales. Don is now the Communications Manager for Goodwill of North Georgia, where he leverages his communications expertise to help the organization fulfill its mission of putting people to work.

Proper Frequency - @properfrequency Your evening’s DJ duo, featuring @natdagoat and @avpham, are setting the vibe for great conversations. Nat and Al are two minds, one frequency. Known for their eclectic sound and creative flips, they move through house, club, and everything in between with ease.

@angelfabianrivera - Angel is an actor, host, and founder of @lightscameralatino, a media platform capturing the world of entertainment and influential Latinos. Angel is also the Creator of an emerging series Fossil Fuel Cafe. His credits include TV features on NBC/Telemundo and theater roles like A Wrinkle in Time. Angel was also named one of the 50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia.

@drkristelle - Founder + CEO of The Creative Corporate, and creator of The Creative Clubhouse, bringing together tastemakers, brands, and creatives to elevate careers. Kristelle has worked with Fortune 500 companies, brands, and entrepreneurs to operationalize their bodies of work.

So proud of Devin Woodcock for completing the welding program at @georgiatradeschool . He showed up every day ready to learn. He would come home excitedly telling me and everyone else about welding (don’t ask me). I believe that he is ready for the next step in this journey we call life. Finding a career that he enjoys. Great job, my son!

Birthday dinner with family for @devin.woodcock . So happy that @dyl_a_woodcock was able to come and hangout with us. Then ice cream! (Devin ditched us for friends 🙄) My heart is happy 🫶🏼♥️🖤🤍

Senior night and homecoming game made for a busy night. My senior, Devin, had the spotlight on him this evening. @dyl_a_woodcock made it home right on time to support his little bro. Thanks to all the family members that were able to make it out! We are hurling towards the final senior year for this family. Class of 2025 🫶🏼

Today was Dylan and Parker’s joint graduation party. So much fun and so much delicious food! Thankful for all of those who were able to show up. The photobooth set up is always fun! Yes, I HAD to order personalized M&M’s lol. Cori, so glad that we could do this together 💙

Tonight was Honors Night for students in every grade level. Dylan Woodcock was awarded one of the highest honors the Ray Kroc Youth Achievement Award. This is presented to one senior who has earned the respect of teachers and students alike because they embody integrity, hard work, and volunteerism. If you watch the video, you will hear all of the wonderful things that his teachers say about him. Very proud of my boy and the lasting mark he’s made. I’ve been truly blessed to be his mom. It takes a village (family and friends too many to list but Cori Crumbley Hembree aka Mama Cori 🫶🏼🫶🏼). Thanks to all of y’all ❤️ oh and this medal is heavy! Lol
