A little recap of Phase 4 ✨ This journey continues to remind me how much I love this industry and everything it has opened up for me. I’m so grateful to God for every opportunity, every lesson, and every person I’ve met along the way. 🙏🏼🤍 One of my favorite parts of this video was asking my colleagues to describe Dina in one word… and hearing their answers honestly meant so much to me. 🥹 Still learning. That's a wrap! 🎉🥂🙌🏼 Wow, I can't believe phase training is over already...8 months flew faster than I ever thought possible! I definitely left a piece of my heart in LA and with all the fantastic people I have met along the way, peers and facilitators alike. I am so blessed to know and be apart of such a phenomenal group. I truly don't think there is ANYTHING I would change about this experience. I couldn't have asked for more supportive and encouraging people to surround myself with. I am so excited to see what comes next in training and how my current training elevates my skill behind the chair and in front of fellow hairdressers in the future! Here's to what is to come, whatever that may be! 🥂🫶🌈✨

✨ PHASE 4 COMPLETE! ✨ Six months of learning, growth, challenges, and so many unforgettable memories—and I can officially say I’ve completed all four phases! 🤍 These past six months have been so much fun and filled with so much knowledge and growth, both professionally and personally. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and everything it has taught me. First and foremost, I want to give all the glory and thanks to God for giving me this opportunity and allowing me to walk this path. 🙏🏼✨ A huge thank you to my family for always supporting me, encouraging me, and believing in me throughout this journey. Proud to have made it through 6 months of extensive training on proper class facilitation, advance styling methods and in depth product knowledge. I am excited to continue with a company that sees and celebrates me and coaches me to my highest self. This is the beginning of a beautiful partnership. long post ahead!! What a whirlwind the last year has been. If you told me last August that when I sent Caitie an email of my audition video and resume that the next year of my life would look like this, I don’t think I would have believed you. Two in person trainings in Los Angeles at the L’Oréal West Academy, many zoom trainings, countless hours studying, preparing, and learning not only more about Matrix as a brand but also how to stand in front of a classroom. Matrix Artist training has pushed me out of my comfort zone, forced me in the absolute best way to become a better version of myself; not only as a full time hair stylist, but into a facilitator, communicator, and in ways that have affected my personal life too. I am my own worst critic, and I strive for perfection. Most of my life the motto was: “do or do not; there is no try”. But that has now changed. The new phrase is “progress not perfection”. But speaking as my own worst critic: I am damn proud of myself for getting here. I’ve worked hard. I’ve cried, I’ve found myself wondering if I could do it: but I DID. BUT there is still work to be done; I’ll always be a work in progress for the entirety of my career. I absolutely could not have gotten to this point if it weren’t for so many people in my life. First of all: THE MATRIX NATIONAL TRAINING TEAM. let me tell you- this group is incredible. They push you when they need to push, they build you up, they tell you the hard things, but they build you up and truly have our best interests at heart and truly want only the good things for us. I admire each of them so incredibly much and I am so grateful for everything they have poured into me individually, 1 on 1, and into our class and all the time they spent. I don’t think I could ever thank any of them enough for everything they did and continue to do. WE ARE MATRIX!🩷💜💛💙🧡💚 This has been such an uplifting experience from start to finish. The growth, the friendships, the inspiration, the bright bright future we’ve all set course for. Since I finished school I’ve said “it’s my dream to be an educator some day” and while I’m certainly not all the way there yet, this experience has proven to me that I CAN live my dream. At Matrix our motto is Think, Believe, Dream, and Dare. I thought really hard about what I wanted, I believed in myself enough to send in that application, and nowI’m living my freaking dream because I DARED to make it a reality. I’ve never been happier or more proud of myself. This could not have happened without the support of the National Training Team, my loved ones, friends, and amazing clients, you’ve all done more for me than I could ever imagine. I am immensely grateful.
