10.12.2026 long weekend, longer week ahead, long ways already traveled, prayerfully longer days to come.

$09.11.2026: Be gentle with others today. Grief will be as encompassing as the outfit you wear to cope, to forget, to remember, to mask, or the blanket you’re under in bed & honor where you’re at. Sending light and progress to the stories made abruptly complete on #september11th and light, love and progress to the stories still healing. especially the most present world atrocities committed by overly apathetic humans. Be aware today. Grief is as interpersonal as breathing. We all do it, we all will meet it and for me grief proves we’re alive. We’re all navigating stages of it. Grief is advanced evidence we witnessed someone or something we love be lifted and laid to rest by the air that reclaims us, and the breath that escapes back to something greater than the shape of us. I’m angriest when I am not creating. I grieve every dead world I didn’t get to share with my loved ones. I grieve every timeline I didn’t get to feel fulfilled. And I grieve ugly. But as the hardships of the days I’ve endured through this Maya (illusion of real) have chiseled me bolder and polished me even more present. I beseech all of you who take the time to ride this carousel and read this message. Create with those bittersweet, broken pieces, even if the creation is burying them so the earth can repurpose them as nutrients. Sometimes the Act of participating in the present moment alchemizes JOY. Sometimes. I won’t sell you on that though. I conclude by quoting one of the safest and most capable acting coaches in curating space for huge tidal waves of emotions that paint themselves into psychic art his actors can share on stage, tv, streaming and film wrote today 🏹 “Artist- the act of creation completes you; every gap, fracture, and missing piece is found and connected.” - @themarklandstudio$
