💥 Trouble With Squat Depth?
-
Dooley shows a great example here of solid squat depth. Who wants to reach depth like his? 🙋🏽
-
Lack of ankle mobility is one of the most common causes for inhibiting squat depth. Restriction at the ankles can also lead to compensating from other areas, potentially aggravating the lower back and knees for squats and other activities (such as running).
-
Want to test and improve your ankle mobility?
-
Try these simple steps to assess and effectively improve your squat depth!
-
Thank you athlete @dooley523 for sharing your excellent example of squat depth!
