Ancient wisdom in practice. 💧🕉️
Jal Neti is a traditional yogic cleansing technique that uses warm saline water to purify the nasal passages, improve breathing, and bring clarity to the mind.
At Pyramid Yogshala, students experience these ancient practices as a path toward health, awareness, and inner balance. ✨

It's official! 🏆 After 1 month of training I completed the 200h YTT and can call myself a Yoga Teacher now! ✨🧘🏻‍♂️ Ommmm Shanti shanti shantiihiii! 😆🙏📿

Its been quite a tough journey with loads of input from 6am till 7pm, 6 days a week. Many different topics like pranayama, kundalini, mantra chanting, anatomy, meditation, Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga and a lot more. We went hiking, dancing, kirtan and holi celebration and did some cooking together. All in all quite a cool experience. Sometimes I wish I had more time fore recovery & sleep, but it is was it is. The teachers and school did they're best to gibe us a very wholesome experience. Thanks for everything @pyramid_yogshala in Rishikesh. 🙏🙂‍↕️✨

Now I am already in Dharamshala in the Himalayas 🏔️ where I will go for a 10 days silent retreat at renowned @tushitameditationcentre starting from today. There I will not be able to use my phone or laptop, listen to music, talk and will mostly just meditate in silence and look inward. I'm very excited to see what this experience will teach me. Quite happy to be off the phone and all stimuli for some days. Afterwards I am going to hike some weeks in the mountains, maybe also go to Nepal. Any tipps welcome. 🥾🏕️

Happy spring time to my european friends! ✨🌺
See you soon! 🧙🏻‍♂️
