Honestly, if this is a prank from A.I. I'm cool with it I guess 🤷😅 How fascinating is it that we've recently discovered 200 year old manuscripts from Frederick Chopin just in this past week?!

This Melody has been haunting my soul (in a good way) ever since initially hearing it 2 days ago. This is Frederick Chopin's recently discovered Valse in A minor. I finally had time to learn it just in time for Halloween!

It doesn't get much spookier than a surprise haunting of Chopin's spirit from the grave to bless us with another quick masterpiece right during the week of Halloween! Anyway, hope everybody has fun today 🎃 #Halloween #Chopin #New #Waltz #2024 @doorstepmusiclessons

Here is my first complete run-through of Pyotr (Peter😅) Llyich Tchaikovsky's "Tarantella" from his Nutcracker Ballet. There is still a lot of cleaning to do with this music, but it will quickly start to take shape and come to life now that all the pieces have been put together. Now, the fun begins with repetition and experimenting with various "phrasing" ideas and tempos. By the time we get to December, this music will be "performance" ready 🔥🎶❄️

This is the 3rd original etude from my set of "Flow Etudes" written with the intention of improving natural flow around the drums. This idea was inspired by an old school rudimental exercise called "7/8 Paradiddle." I decided to simply replace the "paradiddles" with "R,l,l,K" and the "paradiddle-diddles" with "R,L,R,L,K,K." If you play drums, give this a try! 🥁
