Meet DoorTix—a ticket-buying concierge platform co-founded by IE Shinhai Chen. Alongside team members Arayna Saxena (CS) and Dhruv Narang (ME), Shinhai is using systems engineering logic to streamline how fans secure seats for high-demand events without being exploited by hidden fees or dynamic pricing algorithms. Their innovative, user-first design already captured the spotlight earlier this year, taking home the People’s Choice Award at Georgia Tech’s 2026 InVenture Prize competition.

It’s the update we were all hoping for! CEO Dhruv Narang ’24 and his startup DoorTix, a ticket buying concierge service, won the People’s Choice Award in Georgia Tech’s InVenture Prize. Along with the honor, the team also earned a $5,000 prize to support their next steps. Many thanks to everyone in our Landon community who voted! The competition is one of the country’s biggest undergraduate startup competitions with hundreds of entries from current students and recent graduates.
