I’m going to win big one day and when I do, I owe it all to my coach. Chase thank you for pouring your knowledge into me, believing in me, supporting me, and treating me like family rather than just a client.

To my family and friends, thank you for your support and getting me through those hard days in prep. Thank you for pushing me when I’m on the verge of giving up. Thank you for understanding why I can’t partake in family dinners or nights out.

This prep was honestly for me I never really reversed out of my last prep when I suffered from my eye injury I just kept going. I was depressed not being able to step on stage last time but I never gave up I took care of my body got my eye healed (it’s still healing) but I kept going. I know there’s a future for me in the body building world and I’m determined to do whatever it takes to get me to the top.

Counting down till the Kalamazoo show then nationals. Every show is a chance to be better✨

So many new and fun things happening lately.
Attending events, putting on events, hanging with RockFit crew at classes and training sessions, business partnerships and new employee hype & old employee appreciation. The last couple months have been focused on growth and improvement.

Summer is the slow season for gyms but this year hits different. We sold a record amount of Summer Specials and the gym feels alive. We have so many new faces and the energy is high.

Thanks for showing up and being a part of it all!
