Ever since I was a little pup the Aesop Gastown team have pampered me with love and luxurious Animal skin and fur wash. My fur smells like essential oils after just walking into the store! Meet Zeenah, one of the friendly faces at Bacaro⁠ 👋⁠ (a face you may recognize from her time at @dibepperestaurant back in 2019!)⁠
⁠
Zeenah admittedly “gets a high from making people happy” making her perfect for the service industry. ⁠👏 She also takes pride in sharing her evolving knowledge of vermouth and cocktails with her guests. ⁠
⁠
When asked what her favourite item on our menu is, she replied “This is like asking me to pick my favourite child…”. ⁠What about her favourite part of the job? “The people! No, actually the food… Wait no, the wine! What’s not to love?”⁠
