23 Years Ago, October 21st, 2003, @dopetheband released their 3rd studio album, Group Therapy. I fkn love this album, i was a fan because of Felons and Revolutionaries, and Life is one on my all time favourite albums, so i went in with high expectations of this album. I was not disappointed. HELLZ yeah. #dope #anniversary #throwback #metal #vinyl

Tuesday Back Workout Done.
Today was one of those days where I was feeling strong. Sometimes you wish you could just turn it on and off, but your body does what it wants to do. Instead of overthinking it, I focused on the work in front of me.
I was pulling down some heavyweight on the Hammer Strength and I utilized the Hoist for wide lat pulls. Those were good sets, and I stayed locked in from start to finish.

I rolled with the Spotify Industrial Playlist, and in the middle of the workout I came across a remake I had never heard before: Dope's version of "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)." It hit with a completely different energy than Dead Or Alive's early 80s version. The aggressive sound seemed to flip a switch, sharpening my focus and helping me power through every set with purpose.

"Strength grows in the moments when you think you can't go on but you keep going anyway."

Every workout won't feel perfect, but showing up and giving your best is what moves you forward.

What song has unexpectedly powered one of your workouts lately?
