Fui do -1º aos 33º!!
Os treinos de fortalecimento e a alimentação balanceada antes da viagem fizeram toda diferença comparando com a viagem anterior!!
A minha imunidade estava em dia e isso fez toda diferença!!
Saúde em dia, a correria frenética foi grande!!
Corri na esteira, corri na rua com Sarah, nadei no mar pela primeira vez no ano em Puerto Rico, fiquei até tarde caminhando com as parceiras @ayalatude e @feibrissametista , andamos na floresta, nadamos na cachoeira…
Participei de congressos, lançamentos, passeio por vários estados da América de carro com @tanyasau , conheci até uma masmorra (apelido carinhoso) de BDSM😁🏹😜
Dei palestra sobre HipHop LGBTQIAPN+ em Saint Louis na ASWAD 🦋e em Massachusetts no College of the Holy Cross a convite de @carmen_alvaro_jarrin 💕
Naveguei no Mississipi, viajei de ônibus, avião…
Foi intenso!! Foi cremoso!!
Comi feijuca com as/os alunas/os de Tanya!!

❤️ Finally able to say thank you to our beautiful little village that came together to celebrate Joaquim’s 4th birthday! It was a magical day filled with families, food, music and a special story time adventure 😁!

🌟 Organizing a big ass party on a budget takes a lot of work! Special thanks to @vhwroe for lending us her enchanting backyard and fabulous party supplies! More thanks to vovô and vovó @cyrobaptista and tia @roxanediane and tio @heyosandro for distracting the kiddos!
