As we begin day 7 of lockdown in SA, I have struggled to post an image of our brand... purely subjective and no judgement whatsoever on those still promoting their beautiful brands. However, a reminder from a year ago popped up today which I’ve shared on our story. Wow! Who would have thought life would be so different. I began to think of the humble beginnings of Just Cruizin trading on every market possible...Green market Square, the Rand show, Grahamstown Festival to name but a few. My husband, Hans (in the image alongside), began this journey in 1985, with a pair of scissors, enough muslin for a few shirts, and an idea...he always did things his way, believed in his own ideas, ideas largely contrary to most. Just Cruizin grew and evolved over the years, trying to always maintain its integrity. Who would have thought we would still be over dying garments all these years later. We have no idea what the future holds, but in a strange way, we feel a certain sense of joy in the way we will all be looking at business. A sense of community, a going back to basics, supporting our village, and allowing everyone to have a piece of the pie #bettertogether #wewillgetthroughthis #covid2020 #hope #compassion #kindness #community #weappreciateyou #supportlocalbusiness #supportsmallbusiness

Never has there been a time in history where we are able to have our voices heard by millions at a click of a “send”. Let’s use our voices wisely to uplift, assist, show compassion and love. Check in regularly on those living alone. Send data to those that cannot afford so we can all stay connected. There are so many incredible initiatives within your community to help those less fortunate...HELP in whichever way you are able to. #prayfortheworld #prayforourdoctorsandnurses #pray #makeadifference #helpingothers #bettertogether #flattenthecurve #covid_19 #mindfulness #compassion #lovepeople #loveanimals
