Happy birthday to the ICON @janetjackson 🙌🏾🖤✨

Your music, movement, and message have been the soundtrack to so many of our lives. Thank you for continuing to inspire generations while breaking every stereotype of what a woman, a mother, a performer, and a creative force can be.

This piece to “The Knowledge” was our small way of honoring the impact you’ve had across ages, backgrounds, and communities — bringing people together through rhythm, truth, and expression.

Your legacy lives far beyond the stage. Thank you for showing us how to move with power, purpose, and freedom.

Forever inspired. 🖤

Part III. It was such a pleasure to dance with all of these amazing dancers. Imagine you were just 5 years old and your first show you NAILED IT with your mom @jnelle and dad @luckiepov and dancers whose Resume surpasses Brandy, JLo, Beyonce, Jhene, LA Sparks, Lakers, Clippers and the list could go on and on… But that was Jru and we were and are his community and that all connected as Family. It truly takes a village.
