Meet my incredible client, Dorota! 🔥

At 43 she hasn’t just become fit — she has become hell strong.
💪I’m genuinely amazed by how much her body has transformed over the past few months, but even more proud of the confidence she now brings into the gym.

✅Her nutrition has been completely individualised to suit her needs.

Despite following a gluten-free diet and managing certain intolerances, Dorota has still achieved this incredible physique through consistency, patience and hard work.

💪💪‼️This year, she also completed HYROX with a phenomenal time — proving that strength, determination and dedication can take you anywhere.

A mum of two boys who continues to achieve incredible things. 💪

🌟 The Power of Personalized Coaching in Weight Loss Journeys! 🌟

💫When it comes to losing weight, having a coach who truly understands you is crucial.

It’s not just about following a plan, it’s about having someone who knows your unique needs, recognizes your challenges, and helps you set realistic goals.

Im proud of myself on being more than just a coach—I’m your biggest supporter.
I’m here to listen to your struggles, celebrate your victories, and guide you towards not just ticking boxes but genuinely learning.

My goal is to help you to take charge of your journey, so you can thrive independently in the long run.

But it’s not just about one-on-one coaching. The community I’ve built is invaluable.

It’s a safe space where everyone can support each other, share experiences, and relate on a personal level.
This sense of belonging is essential for anyone looking to change their lifestyle.

What I love most about my job is witnessing the trust my clients place in me and each other. They know this isn’t just another program, it’s a supportive environment where real change happens.! 💪❤️

✨This is not just a photograph ✨

Here’s a stunning shot of six incredible women, each with their own unique stories and reasons for wanting to change their lives.

Over the past 13 weeks, they’ve put in the hard work, sweat, and determination to not only achieve their fitness goals but to redefine their confidence and happiness.

This photo captures more than just beautiful smiles, it symbolizes the daily grind, the tough moments, and the joy they’ve experienced along the way.

For some, it may just be a nice picture, but for these ladies, it’s a testament to their journey towards becoming happier and more confident in their own bodies.

They’ve embraced a new lifestyle that is here to stay, and I couldn’t be prouder of their achievements! 💪💖

🌟 What an incredible journey it has been!

After 13 weeks of preparation with my amazing six girls-only clients, we finally had our photo shoot, and it was nothing short of magical. ✨

Every year, I host this shoot to celebrate their transformations, determination, and unwavering consistency.

It’s such a beautiful opportunity for them to see just how far they’ve come and to feel proud of every step that has led them here.

I can’t express how incredibly proud I am of each of them. ❤️❤️❤️

The most rewarding part of my job is witnessing their joy, confidence, and beauty shining from within.
They truly feel amazing in their own skin! 💖

A huge thank you to our fantastic photographer @magnusvisuals and the @spartansgymsouthampton for allowing us to capture these stunning moments.

I can’t wait for the photographs to arrive! 📸💪

PROUD COACH 🥹🥹This video makes me a little bit more emotional.

As the coach and as the person who was there preparing them for the first HYROX in Malaga, I was very nervous and emotional.

Watching them do the stations , they did absolutely incredible!

Being able to be there for them and cheering them was incredible experience!

The hard work paid off, and I couldn’t be more proud of their performance.

It was the most incredible day, and I’m so proud of my girls.

This is a huge achievement for you all!

If you work hard, you can reach new heights—just like they did.

From struggling to improve their running and stations to smashing the HYROX , they’ve shown that dedication truly pays off. Well done, girls! 💪✨

💥💥These ladies are just incredible! 💥💥

From being non-runners, they have been running every single week and improving each time. 💥
They’re following their HYROX plan week by week!

💪 I remember our first training session when the sled push was a struggle, and now they zoom through it! 🤣🫢🔥

Wow, I need to speed ⬆️ up otherwise, they’ll beat me in that race! 🤣🤣

I’m super proud of their progress and dedication!

Well done, ladies! I can’t wait to see you perform in Malaga!!
