We signed up for the baby expo ambitiously. Our products arrived the day of. We're calling it a win. 😅 Seeing the need up close has been the most encouraging thing! Meeting so many parents and parents-to-be who saw exactly why we made Oopsie Days was the real winning moment. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and chatted to us🤍

Vulnerability hangover coming in hot 🔥 I honestly sometimes look around (the internet) and just feel like everyone is doing such amazing things (I know, I know, they’re highlight reels!!!) but my brain still wants to compare and have a sook that I just don’t 👏 feel 👏 confident 👏 I really want to work on this in 2027 but in the meantime, please enjoy this @substack I wrote about it! EPISODE 114: Today on the podcast, I speak with Sasha McLeod, founder of @dosebuddy, a reusable medicine syringe for kids, with numbers that never rub off and a cap that stops the mess.   In this episode, Sasha takes us through the journey from that 2am frustration to a fully realised, regulated medical product.   We talk about: 🍼  How she validated her idea 💸  Using PledgeMe to fund the first manufacturing run 📢  Building a brand and community by sharing it all publicly, delays included 📱  Her approach to digital marketing and founder-led content 👶🏻  Juggling a full-time job, motherhood, and building a business on the side   Sasha is so open and honest about the process, and because digital marketing is her actual day job, this episode ends up being as much a masterclass in brand and social strategy as it is a founder story.   I know you’ll love my korero with Sasha as much as I did.   🎧 Listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever else you listen!
