9/25/26 was the first birthday of my thirties that felt like a true celebration of life.
I left Fort Lauderdale with very little in possessions and connections. I knew in order to change my life I needed a new environment and Houston had all of the right things.

From opportunities to people, moving to Houston is the best decision I’ve made as an adult. In two years, I’ve been blessed beyond my imagination with people who share similar views for growth, joy, and support.

The privilege that it is to have a community is one I’ll never take for granted.
I pray everyone can find people who won’t hesitate to celebrate their existence.
May we all have more moments to be seen and loved.
