Hors-sol - end of studies exhibition 2026
The number of times I wanted to let go of this project...
I got so lost in my thoughts and conceptualizations and I often believed it was beyond my abilities.
Yet every time I stepped away, I found myself coming back to my failed attempts and digging deeper.
This project is both the result of artistic research and, more importantly, personal research. It has been a process of introspection, self-questioning, and deconstruction. It forced me to confront myself and question many of the narratives and assumptions I had unconsciously absorbed over the years… had to hear myself say things that felt embarrassing and open up in front of my teachers and classmates about some of my deepest thoughts.
I do not regret it.
What matters most is that I am leaving this atelier with a project that genuinely feels like my own… a project that reflects my soul and my artistic identity. That is, quite literally, the reason I chose to go to art school in the first place.
I am grateful for both the difficult and the beautiful moments that shaped this journey.
