Nutrition is the foundation of everything we build our horses on. 🐴💙

For Allie Schmidt of Winter Wood Farms in St. Clements, Ontario, having the Mad Barn Nutrition team behind her horses means knowing their diets are supported by science, research, and highly educated equine nutritionists.

From creative solutions tailored to each horse to trusted products like W-3 Oil and AminoTrace+, Allie relies on Mad Barn to help her horses look, feel, and perform their best throughout the season.

We’re proud to support Allie and her horses as they make their CDI debut in Ottawa! 🇨🇦

Not sure what your horse needs? Connect with a Mad Barn equine nutritionist for a free diet evaluation at MadBarn.com.

If you’re bringing your horse to your engagement shoot, just know I will be SO excited. 🥹🤎

I love getting to blend my two worlds (horses and weddings) I love getting to capture the love you have for each other *and* the animals who are such a huge part of your life.

So excited for these two to get married next year 🫶🏽

Still not over the fact that we brought two horses to the @yorkuniversity Keele Campus 🐴🎓

What started as a pretty unusual idea became an unforgettable day, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us to take the lead and helped us navigate something completely new on campus.

A huge thank you to everyone across York who helped us bring this project to life — Athletics & Recreation, York Sport Clubs, Campus Facilities, Campus Safety, Campus Security, Risk Management, Parking Services, and the many more departments who helped us work through the logistics, safety considerations, planning, and countless details along the way. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in our team to take charge of a project that was certainly outside the usual campus experience. There were a LOT of moving parts (and a lot of horse-related logistics!), and we could not have done it without your support, flexibility, and willingness to help us make it happen.

To everyone we met along the way, students, staff, professors, faculty, and the York community, thank you for stopping to say hello, take a photo, and, of course, give the horses some treats! We were so grateful for how welcoming and respectful everyone was as we made our way around campus. Seeing people stop what they were doing to come meet the horses made the day even more special🫶

As for the horses… they would like to formally thank York University for providing an exceptional combination of attention, compliments, love, and snacks. Needless to say, they have thoroughly enjoyed their campus celebrity status😂

We are so proud of what our team was able to create and incredibly thankful to everyone who helped turn an unusual request into such a memorable experience for our club, our horses, and the York community.

Thank you, York, for trusting us with the reins🐴❤️

And if you missed us on campus… stay tuned! We’ll be announcing our upcoming competition dates soon!🦁

Nope it’s not AI…

Our graduating athletes started off their last season as Lions with a ride around campus🦁❤️

Meet Leo and Cece the newest visiting students @yorkuniversity !

Despite seeing plenty of new and exciting things at competitions, campus was a whole new adventure and these two handled it like absolute pros. The bravest, kindest, and most well-behaved horses we could have asked for. 🤍

Big shoutout to our incredible training facility (@silverwoodstables5119) and coach (@rathburglar) for sharing such amazing partners to represent the York Equestrian Team. 🐴❤️

Strong, healthy horses start from the inside out. 🌿🐴

Camille Carier Bergeron of Écuries Élégance includes spirulina in her horses’ diets to help them look and feel their best. Spirulina is a nutrient-dense blue-green algae valued for its naturally occurring protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

A simple addition to support horses that look strong, healthy, and ready to perform. 💪
