POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Brought to you by the sincere @dot.o_, I will be a DJ Judge for tonight.

Keepers of the Underground are grounds be kept for sure. DJs battle it out and shine creatively for an audience of creatives and the likes, who dig the underground culture and roots of DJ culture being the backbone and the Jockey being sound dealer of a rapid changing music field. This is how DJs get to speak OUR language to those who come to listen and seek the artist’s way.

Thank you for the opportunity to chime in, and the salute! 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Let the battle begin! 🔥

Every DJ. Every performer. Every KEEPER touching the experience.

Swipe through, find somebody you came to see — then come experience the rest of it in person.

Being there is better than hearing about it later.

Yall Leo's ♌️ are really something else😂

Did you know in the 1930's if you were black you weren't considered a human until you made it passed 1 whole year after your birth 🤔. I didn't find that out until my Grandmother let us know that she is celebrating her 90th, but technically she is 91 years old.

Happy, healthy and able to see her family tree grow an infinite amount of branches. I was honored enough to dive into my family history to begin our family tree. Blessed to reconnect with a bunch of members that act just like me. Just as crazy, funny and loud.🌳

Im inviting you all to celebrate the rest of this month with a few events I have lined up. August 18th I will be participating in @keepersoftheunderground Dj Battle in LA so please come out and support all of us!🎶🎧

On the 21st I'll be at @zeldas750west 9pm performing poetry during their open mic with @devinysus
And on the 28th ill be @moahcedar Spotlight Open Mic 7pm at the Cedar Center 🎤

I will have book signings at both so make sure to catch me to get a discounted book with a special message and performance! But if you cant make it they are still available online (Link in Bio) 📚✍️

Happy Birthday to all the Special Leos in my Life, you know who you are. Love ya, see you soon!
