What a wonderful time with the most wonderful people. I couldn’t imagine time more well spent than in the company of friends.

Shoutout to @doted and @ark8net for always throwing the best events ever, this Warframe relay being no exception.

Still kinda surreal that I got to create my first art installation at @worksucksdotnet’s Dead Internet Theory LAN Party. The installation was a window to my childhood in the late 90s/2000s, built using things I’ve kept and still own. Featuring anime, music, games, and movies I grew up with, pulling from the media, aesthetics, and strange early internet world that shaped so much of who I am and left a lasting imprint on me.

It felt special bringing those memories back to life and sharing them with all of you in a real space. I want to thank everyone at @ark8net for hosting and creating a space for all of us to relive this time together. Secondly, thank you to @mokibaby for providing the necessary tools to bring the video segment of the installation come to life. And lastly, thank you to @kidgrandma for bringing me on to share something this personal. Truly grateful to have been part of this.

Thank you for coming to the first @stoicyears event this past weekend. it was the most memorable moment for me, and a dream come true… i cried happy tears the next night reflecting on all of it :’)

I remember this just being an idea last year, and not knowing where to even start, but i felt so compelled to do it. im so lucky to have the right people to call on when im serious about something. im so proud!

i spent 2 months building things ive never built before.. a reed sculptural lamp, a giant tent from scrap fabrics, and an 80 pound leather plushie. i didnt feel human

im so very appreciative of Ed and the @ark8net team for hosting and helping me put this together, especially you Jalen, the MVP!

special thanks to my friends who played a massive part in making this experiential event come to life. i will die by the sword for yall..

+ jdr, noelle, matt, jesse, shizuka, alex, megan, tyler, michelle, mekhi +

from ideation, fabrication, documentation, flyer design, materials, sales, playlist, inventory management, and also just morale boost and optimism

and to everyone that came from the bay! that actually blew my mind T-T

hoping to do something like this again in the future but my brain needs some rest.

What is the 🌎s BIGGEST problem is + how we can solve it?

The intention behind this content is to show our opinions are more similar than not & the that the solution to our issues are way more uncomplicated ( therefore attainable) than they seem.
