Cement City Barbell is officially 1 year old today!

Thank you to everyone who has given CCB the opportunity to work with you and your child. I absolutely love getting to not only train them but also develop relationships and get to know everyone who comes through our doors.

Here are some of the OG’s throwing it back to the beginning when we didn’t have electric hooked up in the barn yet because of a backyard renovation. @benseitzinger would have to wait for the sun to rise for light before he could start training. No electric also meant no fans and if you’ve been here before you know how hot it gets in the summer and cold in the winter.

1 year later we’ve got power thanks to @doubcnst we’ve trained 60+ athletes, added 30 feet of turf, 2 fully equipped squat racks, bench press rack, specialty bars, dumbbells and many other accessories.

Looking forward to year 2 and continuing to add value to you and your kids athletic development!

Thank you!

Safe, effective and age appropriate training focused on movement quality and perfecting the basics.

Been working with Colby for a full year now. The growth this young man has made is tremendous. Best thing you can do for your kids is get them to TRAIN!

Lighter day for @brodyhorton_ as his body recovers from a team max event at Brownstown. Get the body moving and feeling good, catch a little pump and move on.

Highschool and middle school boys had some fun with the OVR for warmups and then we crushed some split squats, presses, pushups and grip training with timed axle bar holds.
