Start out with a little foot TLC & hip mobility.

Moved onto some single leg stability - this is a fun one to use in a warm up.

Messed around some hand-eye coordination, no I did not catch every one of these, even attempted three tennis balls. That went about as well as you can imagine.

Wanted to test out some thoughts I had on the landmine, sometimes I’ll go into an unplanned session with an athlete type and piece of equipment in mind and go from there - just see what happens and comes to mind. The majority of this session was basketball related. Honestly really liked the landmine drop catch.

Took a drill I learned at PSL3 and tried to build on that, the 2-1 snap down w/medball.

Tried to mirror / expand the snap down drill with a box.
