As women we wear many different hats 👒

Yesterday, the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce brought women together to talk about the reality and cost of “doing it all”.

This wasn’t just a morning of statistics but practical steps to get preventative care, eliminate some decisions and make strong nutrition decisions. There was even a therapy pony in the room 🥰

The hats worn by the participants were creative and intentional. I was honored to be one of the speakers.

My story into styling wasn’t that I was the girl obsessed with fashion and shopping.

Honestly… my story started with me being lost. Lost in my identity. Lost in who I was. Lost in what I even liked. ❤️

Through my relationship with God and therapy, I had to start doing the real work of discovering myself. Learning myself. Hearing myself. Loving myself. ✨

That journey changed everything.

It gave me the courage to take a leap of faith, move to New York, and start over. And 14 years later… I’m still learning to lean into my I AMM, even in moments of uncertainty. 🥹
