Strang partnered with AIA Florida to tour Iconic projects from Gene Leedy and the firm’s selected Works in Winter Haven this past week. Special thanks to our very own Sarah Malebranche for heading up this endeavor with the help of KODA’s Wesley Kean. A great chance to reflect on the works of Gene Leedy and the influence it had on our firm’s design philosophy.

An icon in the making… The Double Tee Table has arrived at The Gene Leedy House and it feels so good! A collaboration between @manosmade and @strang_design, the Double Tee perfectly complements the collection of classic pieces by Knoll, Richard Schultz, Eames and van der Rohe. A portion of the proceeds will benefit @doubleteearts, a nonprofit organization committed to preserving and celebrating Leedy’s legacy. See link in bio to learn more…

The Double Tee table collection is directly inspired by the pre-cast concrete structural system championed by the late Florida architect, Gene Leedy FAIA. Solomon Residence (1969) shown here under construction on Siesta Key.
