Thank you,

@civitas_independent for giving me a home since I was 18.

@jbull321 @cory_on_quads @braaaad_y @jdeese.drums for pushing the boundaries of what a quadline can achieve at Civitas and in the Carolina’s, and thank you for being my best friends along the way.

@taylorpoole7 and @nathan.trent126 for teaching me not only to be a better drummer, but to grow as a person, lead by example, and learn from my mistakes.

@fommy.treeman for joining this family that I care so much about and putting your heart and soul in to trying to help us succeed. You’re going to be well known as an educator someday and I am honored to have marched for your first quadline.

@jbull321 for trusting me all season long and pushing to the end. Your skill and consistency pushed me to be a better quad drummer than I could have imagined. You are my brother for life and I am so glad we got to do this together.

@johnie_weeks for making sure to come to every WGI championships. Being able to perform for my brother has always been one of the best parts about performing in UD. I’ll never forget seeing you in the crowd my first time there. Having your support has meant so much to me.

@jazzielorraine for your unwavering support and love. Being away every weekend for 6 months is tough. To know how proud you are of me and to see you at every performance gave me so much confidence. I love you so much.

@hthr.rk and @csmcelroy for all the awesome shots over the years, including these.

One of the best quadlines in WGI

I could not have dreamt of a better ending

The 2026 indoor season is in the books!

More on the season to come, but first I wanted to express my gratitude and give some much deserved recognition to my media team at Civitas.

Heather, Jayden, and Zach are all outstanding people who produce outstanding work. I always make a point to thank them every time they’re able to make it to an audition, clinic, rehearsal, or performance. And I mean it. I appreciate and enjoy their work and what they bring to telling the story of Civitas. I definitely couldn’t do it alone (without exploding).

So, again, thank you.

Newly established: the Civi AV Club 📸🔊

I always see the media teams and audio teams as vital behind the scenes components of any organization in this activity. Each serve an important role. Shaun and his crew are one of the best audio teams around.

So, make sure to thank your group’s AV teams if you got ‘em!

Hey y’all, I just wanted to give y’all a lil life update. The past few months have been one hell of a wild ride. Some of my highest highs & lowest lows but overall life is good. I’m coming up on 2 months of sobriety, have been writing more music than ever (I’m currently sitting on 4 new songs for the @feelings_like_fire EP), and I’m in the process of switching careers. Even though change is scary, I’m excited for the future for the first time in a while. Okay back to ur regularly scheduled programming

✨Very late Dayton 23 post✨

This was honestly, A very difficult season for me. A lot of challenges with school, social life, and just trying to find direction in my life which just made band a W I L D ride for 6 month. While these times were hard, I can’t help but look back and see all of the wonderful friends I not only had during these times but the many new friends I also made along the way. Really great memories that I know i will cherish for a long, long time.
