Today is a day I’ll never forget. 🦆

As a lifelong Memphian, the Peabody Ducks have always been one of those traditions that makes our city feel special. So being invited to serve as an Honorary Duckmaster was truly surreal.

They told me the invitation was in recognition of my years serving this community, my love for Memphis, and my passion for telling the stories and history of this city, including the Peabody’s own story. That means more to me than I can put into words.

Seeing so many people who support me show up today made the moment even more meaningful. My heart is so full.

It’s a reminder that what you put out into the world matters. When you pour love into your community, it comes back in the most unexpected ways.

Your newly in”duck”ted Duckmaster 🦆

What a great celebration! 100 year anniversary of the Peabody Hotel on Union Avenue in Memphis. The South’s Grand Hotel! What a treat also to see my friend and Peabody GM Doug Browne get the great honor of being on the Duck Wall of Fame as well! Well deserved Doug! We love you Doug, we love the Peabody, the Belz family and we love Memphis! Also great to know Al Kapone watches us in the AM too! Awesome guy! #whoopthattrick 😊👊🏼
