Do you ever feel like your life is getting out of control with endless lists of stuff to do and a packed calendar.
I was there last year:) So I went to the Sahara for a few days .. it seemed like a century ... listening to the absolute silence of the desert ... watching the light gently caressing the sand dunes, one at a time. Such stillness!
Morocco taught me to slow down and breathe deeply... and I needed that! It was just like pushing a reset button:) what do you do to reset?

One month in Morocco and the highlight has been our trip to the desert! We were alone in this camp for the most part, 3 hours into the sand dunes of the Sahara and the stillness of the surroundings really got to me! There were no sounds besides the wind and the sand moving around all day and all night, as if life had stopped. I felt so deeply in the moment. ... Taking it all in was a beautiful thing 💛 I will never forget that experience!

Our riad life has been so sweet and so relaxing! The contrast between the super crowded and noisy Medina with the riads is hard to describe! You push a heavy wooden door and find a peaceful interior courtyard with a pool and rooms all around! There are no windows to the street because the women needed to be hidden back then, which helps voiding all the sounds from the Medina!! We could live here! Just loving Marrakech!
