Yes the lock outs are bit shaky right now, but being able to hit the weight while weighing 206lbs compared to the last time I touched 300 being 215+ is such a great feeling. Lower body weight heavier weights. I’m coming, may be a long trip but I’m going to get there. #strongman #airwaav #tyr #downcommandapparel #fyp Coach: @bestrongky Team: @bestrongky_gym Apparel: @downcommand_apparel Sleeves/Wraps: @cerberus_strength_usa Shoes: @tyrsport Gym: @highlandfitnessgym Mouthpiece: @airwaav Supplements: @suppdawgsupps

Little recap of the week, not all numbers are bigger but rather the heavy numbers moved a lot better. It’s big to me knowing that the 285 on log moved as well as it did without using a belt or elbow sleeves. Deadlifts are growing and moving faster. Cardio work is doing its thing. I’m just building the foundation to be even more of a stronger competitor come next comp year. #strongman #airwaav #tyr #downcommandapparel #fyp Coach: @bestrongky Team: @bestrongky_gym Apparel: @downcommand_apparel Belt/Straps/Wraps: @sbd.usa @cerberus_strength_usa @officialironape Shoes: @tyrsport Gym: @highlandfitnessgym Mouthpiece: @airwaav Supplements: @suppdawgsupps

Finally getting back to heavier deads and actual farmers work. I am realizing that I need to pump the brakes a tad bit more in my turn but in due time I’ll get the movement down. #strongman #airwaav #tyr #downcommandapparel #fyp Coach: @bestrongky Team: @bestrongky_gym Apparel: @downcommand_apparel Belts/Straps: @sbd.usa @officialironape Shoes: @tyrsport Gym: @highlandfitnessgym Mouthpiece: @airwaav Supplements: @suppdawgsupps

Week 3, one of the best weeks of training I’ve had in a while! 275 kg/606 lbs x 4 Pretty happy with this, last two reps could’ve been executed a lil better but overall we’re on pace for what we want week 4 I believe! #squat #benchpress #deadlift #powerlifting “2ct” pause bench 180 kg 2x1 First set Lowkey did not pause these long enough lol, but still one of the best benches I’ve done in a while at 180+, 210 shall return “2ct” pause bench 180 kg 2x1 The pause was worse here but still felt super speedy LOL Paused Deadlift 290 kg 1x1 Deadlift feels like it’s gonna be on a roll this macro Paused deadlift 265 kg x 3 Very happy with this Physique sitting at around 76 kg right now
