📈MEASURING THE GAINS….

👉 Some great work here from my student, HW! Having the ability to measure the improvements and clearly illustrate them to him with such good visuals using @sportsboxai is so powerful.

🙌 He knows the feels that get him in the spots that we are looking for and now he can even use the Practice Mode feature inside of the app to get feedback on every swing he makes.

Thanks to @downshiftgolf and @tourstrikergolf for the assist in creating these improved positions at the top of the backswing!

Understand the PLANE. Understand the SWING. ☂️⛳
The club doesn’t travel up and down — it travels on a tilted circle around your body. That’s the swing plane.
Once you can SEE it, you can FEEL it. And once you can feel it, you can repeat it. 🔁
Stop swinging AT the ball. Start swinging ON plane. 💪

No shortcuts. Just work. ⛳💪
Full bag session today — wedges, driver, putter. Every part of the game gets reps, every rep gets purpose.
Champions aren’t made on Sunday. They’re made on a Tuesday morning when nobody’s watching. 🔥
Do the work. Watch the numbers drop. 📉

Spinning out? Try this chair drill.

Start with your lead hip about two inches from the chair.

As you shift and turn, let your lead hip brush across the chair. Keep turning until the front of your trail hip comes through to the chair’s edge.

Watch it at full speed, then use the slower replay to see the contact.

The uppercut rehearsal helps you feel that same shift and turn. Try a few slow repetitions, then take that feel into a shot.

🚀 200+ MPH BALL SPEED. FIRST WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. 💣

Proud of @clauderobinsgolf as he gets ready to compete in his FIRST World Long Drive Championship in Reno! 🏆

Claude came in for one final checkup and tune-up before the big stage, and it’s incredible to see how far he’s come.

He’s now cruising at 200 MPH ball speed with a 46-inch driver! 🔥

We’ve put in the work, cleaned up his movement, and continued building speed without sacrificing efficiency.

Now it’s time to trust the work, let it fly, and enjoy the experience!

Proud of your progress, Claude. Go put on a show in Reno! 💪💣

Wait till we get him in a 48”. Imagine what 2 inches can do 😂

VERTICAL FORCE: THE LEAD LEG BRAKE THAT UNLOCKS ROTATIONAL SPEED‼️

In this lesson with [STUDENT NAME], we worked on the downswing. They were staying down through impact with too much pressure hanging back on the trail side, which made it hard to rotate through and finish balanced. 👌🏾

The fix was getting more pressure into the lead foot, then pushing up and extending the lead hip so the pelvis points toward the kettlebell target in the finish. Pushing into the ground creates vertical ground reaction force, and the lead leg acts as a brake. That decelerates the pelvis’s lateral shift and turns it into rotation, transferring energy up the kinetic chain into the club. ⚡️👊🏾

COMMENT DOWN BELOW IF THIS WAS HELPFUL. SAVE AND SHARE TO A FRIEND WHO STAYS DOWN AND HANGS BACK THROUGH IMPACT 💯
