A Beautiful Beginning at Well-Phoria! 🪷

What a wonderful chair yoga class today! 💕

It was such a pleasure to share some gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, and relaxation in such a welcoming and supportive space.

I absolutely loved the energy in the room and was so encouraged by everyone’s interest in continuing with a series!

Chair yoga is such a beautiful reminder that yoga truly is for every body, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience. It’s about moving in a way that feels good for you, honouring where you are, and taking a little time for yourself.

And I’m happy to share that we’ll be starting a Chair Yoga Series with both daytime and evening classes! 🌸

Thank you to everyone who joined me today. I’m looking forward to sharing more of these lovely moments together.

💕 Find Your Inner Divinity.

PURNAMA | A Sacred Full Moon Gathering

What if you gave yourself one evening to simply slow down, reconnect and fill your cup?

Inspired by my time in Bali and the beautiful traditions of Purnama, this special evening is about reflection, intention and connection.

Through a guided journey of the seven chakras, we’ll explore the symbolism of seven flowers and create our own sacred floral water to take home.

A moment to release what feels heavy, welcome new beginnings and connect with like-minded souls.

No experience needed. Just an open heart and a little curiosity.

🌸Seven flowers. Seven chakras. One sacred intention.

Bringing a little piece of Bali home to you…

There’s something about Bali that touches my soul every time I visit. I always return home feeling a little more peaceful, grounded and connected. And each time, I find myself wanting to bring more of that feeling back to share with you.

That’s the heart behind Well-Phoria Studio. It’s not just about creating a space that looks like Bali, but one that feels like it.

A place to slow down, reconnect and meet like-minded souls who share a love for wellness, mindfulness and beautiful energy.

If this speaks to your soul, I’d love to welcome you into the studio. Come as you are, take a breath and experience a little of that magic for yourself.

Whether your passion is yoga, Pilates, sculpt, meditation, breathwork, dance, sound healing, Reiki, full moon ceremonies, ancient wisdom, sacred rituals or something entirely your own, I’d love to connect!

🤍 Well-Phoria Studio is a welcoming space for like-minded souls to bring their own classes, workshops and unique offerings to life. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful space to share your gifts and grow your own practice, I’d love to hear your ideas! ✨

A little piece of Bali, a sense of community and a whole lot of heart, right here in Perth. 🤍
