Okay here’s the rundown for how I planned our Disney trip for 11 people!🥴

We decided to take both sets of grandparents, two aunts and a great-grandmother to Disney with us and we had an amazing time!🏰

I’m going to give you the rundown of the things I did to plan in advance and the IG accounts to everything I booked (you’re welcome🥰).

Stay tuned for Part 2 on other parts of the trip like the private tour guide that let’s you skip the lines at the parks.✨

1. First step, I begin planning the trip a year in advance, to give us time to plan ahead, budget, take into account missed summer camp dates, and so we had enough time to get everything the way we wanted it.🗓️

2. I worked with a travel agent(@destinationsreached) to assist with booking theme park tickets, flights, house accommodations and the rental car. Working with a travel agent took the pressure off of me to book everyone’s stuff myself.👩🏾‍💼✈️

3. We used @magicalvacationhomes to book the home, and I searched to be sure it could accommodate a large party, was close to the parks, and gave everyone a luxurious experience, as this was a treat for our parents. 🏠

4. Booked a chef (@doxaeatscatering) so we didn’t have to cook and clean daily, which takes up a lot of time for the amount of people we had! This was probably the best part of the trip, because I like to eat, and being able to have a private chef is TOP TIER!🤌🏾 We used the chef for brunch and dinner. She was amazing, and so cool that she was actually from Maryland!🦀 She added a touch of Mickey to the brunch for the kids with Mickey waffles and on theme mimosas! Book her if you’re ever in Orlando.👩🏾‍🍳

5. Booked a rental car using @Foxrentcar which was a very affordable option for two large SUVs. They are off-site, but very close to the airport and provided a free shuttle. 🚙
