So… yesterday I graduated from the University Of Mississippi. It was not the graduation any of us were expecting but it is what it is. As I think back on the last 4 years I think about what friends and family told me before I started. They will be the best 4 years of your life but they will fly by, you will make your best friends there. I have had the best years of my life here with the best people. I know that these people will all be in my life for as long as we live. I’m thankful for the friends I have made and for their families for giving them to me and taking me in as well. Friends does not describe these people, they are my sisters for life. No matter what I do in life I know I have a great support system. This year has been a hard one the pandemic was hard and I also lost one of the most important people in my life. My nanny was my calm she hated that I went so far away but I knew she was proud of me. I’ll carry her with me always. Ole Miss thank you for becoming home to me. They say that it’s the best 5-8 years of your life and now I know why, minus the amount of years obviously haha. One truly never graduates from Ole Miss and I’m thankful to be a Rebel. #hottytoddy
