As I get older, I have discovered that I love climbing lol my height does not stop me from climbing. The irony of it all is I’m afraid of heights. Thank you @doyennebarbellstudio for being so welcoming and providing a safe space for women to workout comfortably. Cheers to women empowerment! ❤️#bigbodybeauty #womenwholift #gymrat #bigbodybeauty #gymtok

At 18 years old, I went on my very first organized hike. 🥾

I had no idea then how much that experience would shape my life.

But I remember something about that day so clearly. I went up that mountain one person, and I came down another.

It was one of my first experiences understanding just how powerful and healing nature could be. 🌿

I never could have imagined that all these years later, I’d be leading hikes of my own. Not just bringing people together on public trails, but creating opportunities for organizations to bring their communities outdoors, too.

This past weekend, Trail Rose reached another milestone as we led our very first organizational hike in partnership with Doyenne Women’s Gym. 🌹

And somewhere along the way, that 18-year-old girl who discovered something special on a mountain grew into a woman who gets to share that same experience with others.

What a beautiful full-circle moment.

Here’s to the trails that change us, the people we meet along the way, and the journeys we never could have imagined. 💕

Days go by… and we’re still thinking about hiking.
🤖🥾🌹

Because getting outside is even better when you find people to laugh with along the way. 💕

A hiking day with @trailrose and @doyennebarbellstudio ! I got to meet new people, laugh, encourage each other, and enjoy the beautiful views. So grateful I stepped outside my comfort zone and said yes to something new. ✨ Definitely a day I’ll remember! 🌿💚
