Courage and beauty pour from Daniella Manalo, as she takes the stage in Look 13 - Hairy Twin 2. Her poise and confidence are undeniable as she creates waves in this Venusian look composed of crinoline, Kanekalon braiding hair, disassembled wigs, wire, notions, polarized lcd screens, and reciprocal crinoline cut outs from Look 11.

Funnily, the Hairy Twins were drawn and redrawn together, each time that I wanted to separate them in revisions, they came back drawn together. Only briefly did look 12 - Hairy Twin stand thinly on its own within my sketches. The pair is harmonious yet severe in their contrasts and similarities. Look 13 utilizes motifs of flickering starry skies and the flickering evening star, within sumptuous portraits of vulnerability are exalted in the conflagration of hair and sheer crinoline. The tenderness of vulnerability is showcased in its strength, as the spirit of warriors emanates through layers delicately sewn hair.

Feminine energy carries the warrior spirt as pieces of wig lace are sewn to the ballerina sleeve, which resembles scalped belts of plains Indigenous Americans. Hairy Twin 2 carries the warrior spirit effortlessly as it disarms onlookers with its beauty, humor and wit. Truly we are grateful to have opportunity to create such a collection with stunning models in mind.
