One month in..and I’m proud of myself.

Not because the scale dropped (it didn’t much), or my measurements changed (not yet), but because I showed up. Consistently. 95–100% with my nutrition and workouts.

This month tested my patience, but I’m learning real change happens in the quiet, unglamorous moments, choosing discipline over excuses.

Grateful for @rodsullivan_123, @blueyedsteph, and my rock, @jackief1002, for keeping me grounded and supported.

Progress isn’t always visible right away, but it’s happening. I’m building consistency, resilience, and trust in myself.
