Happy 2nd Anniversary to our local music grassroots organization SCMS! So grateful for our panel of social media experts getting us ready for our future marketing campaigns! Thanks to the panel: Adrienne Pastor of Sonoma County Sounds, Laidd Back Zach and Faethora for giving us insight on navigating our endeavors virtually without losing ourselves and to Lara Brown for mediating the talk so eloquently!
Big thanks to everyone who came out, boots on the ground, making it happen, we are nothing without you! #sonomacountymusicsocial #sonomacountymusic #musicsocial #anniversarycelebration #localmusicscene

There was just the right amount of drama emanating from the cast of the New Braj Theater Group at #californiachantcamp “This circle I’m drawing will protect you.”
When life brings too much drama, or your circle of protection fades, head over to Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Center for restorative rest and relaxation. We’re open year round - Visit the perfect place to leave your drama behind! Mandala.org. #relax #hiking #Fall #escape #nature #cabins #travel #california #photography #peace

The experiences at Chant Camp will be ones that stay with us forever. The reverence expressed in flower garland creation is pure Bhakti - the Innate Nature of the Soul as a natural tendency to serve others. An intrinsic part of being human is to want to help people, whether it is our family, friends, or even a stranger on the street. #bhaktilove #kirtan #healing #kirtanlove #mandalasprings #californiachantcamp

Here’s Part II of “My Favorite Mural in Santa Fe” - the whole thing! If you’re ever in Santa Fe, be sure to visit the Railyard and check it out. See my post before this one for a close up of the woman, and my reason for these two posts,
Question: What does this mural evoke for you? Please comment. Thanks very much!

Meet one of the ‘stars’ of my favorite mural in Santa Fe.
I love art and film that helps us loosen our grip on ‘reality’, so we can, at some point, turn towards what is more enduring, fundamental, and in truth, real. That within which every thing comes and goes.
Among my favorite examples are The Matrix, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and this mural.
Even up close, it’s so easy to see her standing in front of and apart from the wall - hard to believe she’s part of the mural.
In my next post I’ll show you the whole mural.
In the meantime, please share in a comment your favorite art, film or music that helps you un-hook from the trance of ‘the real world’. Thanks for sharing!
Love and blessings!
🙏🏼❤️

Hello new & old friends! I’m back in this space after a break of many months. All is well here with me and I send you all my Love & Blessings. It’s a hard life wherever you go, and we all need kindness, love, and support. My motto these days:
“I am feeling appreciation for what is, and eagerness for what is coming!”
For me change is in the air. I intend to be fully present to what is, stay in the Heart, and allow life/God/Universe to be the Doer, to sort it all out. What a relief!
I present this image to help remind us all that what is past is past. Appreciate, learn, and get ready to move on!!
Take care and be safe. 🙏🏼❤️

Greetings from Sedona, Arizona! Mónica, her mom Pilar and I are here for a much needed break from our busiest season in Santa Fe. We’re staying at friend Meaghan’s @sedonasacredrocks
We’re also having a pop-up at SSR for @authenticcolombia today Friday, tomorrow Saturday, and Sunday. Give me a shout if you’re in Sedona and you’d like to come out to see our latest collections of wearable art from Colombia. In any case, have a great weekend!
