Love seeing this community show up!
We’re out at Wolfpack’s trail run this morning, raising money for a local woman in our community battling breast cancer.
We’re keeping it going next Sunday, Oct 25th. We’ll be collecting donations for her at run club. Nothing’s required, but any amount helps and means a lot.

And if you grabbed a STRONG shirt from Stassi Chiro, wear it or bring it next Sunday so we can get a group picture!

Rolled the dice to decide today’s distance. Double fives. 🎲
10 miles on 10/10, on day 154 (1+5+4 = 10). Some things are just meant to be.

Getting started with TRT or medical weight loss shouldn’t be complicated.
At Optimal Performance, your first appointment is in person so we can talk through your goals, answer your questions, and explain your options.
Bloodwork can be done right here in our office or at one of several convenient lab locations. Follow-ups can be virtual to fit your schedule, with in-person appointments available if you prefer.
One appointment can get you started. We help coordinate the next steps and stay with you throughout the process.

Do you have to be on TRT forever?

No. You can stop at any time.

But TRT is typically a long-term treatment. If your testosterone was low before starting, stopping treatment may mean those low levels and the symptoms that came with them return.

TRT isn’t about getting your testosterone as high as possible. It’s about getting you back to a healthy, sustainable level and monitoring you along the way.

One big dose vs splitting your weekly dose.

Low energy gets most of the attention.

But low testosterone can also show up as decreased sex drive, changes in mood, difficulty maintaining muscle mass, poor recovery, and just not feeling like yourself.

Symptoms don’t automatically mean low testosterone.

That’s why we test. Look at the labs. Look at the symptoms. Then figure out what’s actually going on.

Education first. Treatment when it makes sense.
