Weight Cut - Day 56 💪

What’s up people! Day 56! 8 weeks in!

Weigh in checked in at 172.6lb, 4.4lb decrease since last check in and 13.4lbs overall.

Still following the same calories and macros since Day 1, body still responding well.

Been doing a weight cut last 2 years: Calorie deficit comparable
🥙🍱2021: 1500 calories
🥘🍲2023: 2100 calories
I am eating more and body is burning more calories, my body recomp have been going well!

There was strength loss this past week 😩, but totally normal with cumulative muscle fatigue and recovery not as quick from lower calories. Deload next week

Today is my monthly check-in with my coaches. Always a joy catching up with them, they are not only coaches but great friends! Instrumental to my lifestyle change and recomposition journey.
