Four years since @ishqbector bhai brought me my first single as a songwriter with vocals by @apekshadandekar and Ishq himself. #DirtyIshq became a rage back then and our collabs have never looked back ever since! Here's our very own @shenaztreasury who had kickstarted the #dirtyishqdancechallenge which created a cute buzz just like her♥Just wanna thank each of you who loved our #dirtyishqsong and supported us🙏 I and Ishq have a few more tracks up our sleeves and @ishqbector bhai, we gotta get them out of the closet this year🔥4 cheers to Dirty Ishq 🍷

(1/2)

I just need to look at these bright faces and the light shining through their beauty-full beings to remember why I do what I do and why this work is SO important in the times we live in!

It more than compensates for the rude shock my system receives landing back in the city, jarring my senses in a way that automatically triggers my ego to want to close down & protect herself from the impact of the excessive noise, the blatant disregard of personal space and the survivalistic tendencies that predominantly inform “normal” behaviour and everyday interactions here.

So when I feel the first stirrings of displeasure, I take a deep breath, consciously remove my attention from what is out of my control and shift focus into what is - My capacity to elevate my internal state of be-ing at will, connect deeper with my unique purpose of be-ing & let source nourish me with the beauty and love I need.

Because learning to wield our attention consciously is a superpower we have ALL been blessed with 🥷⚡️

While it’s taken time, effort, consistency and drastically raised levels of self awareness to cultivate a healthier, more “real” ized relationship with my essential nature ( and this is where altered states of consciousness breathwork has been a life saving/CHANGING modality) it’s also taken a VERY necessary and challenging shift in perspective to allow myself the space I need to put my needs first.

Continued 👉
