Droppin my “Pray Through The Fire” album by the end of May. This album is a story telling journey of a sinner who struggles to find his way, his purpose, and even his will at some points. But his consistency in speaking with god and leaning into his faith has charged his redemption. Through the pain, hurt, loses, crashes, and betrayal. His Faith lead him through the fire giving him the strength to battle any demons that cross his path!

During the summer of 2024, I began seeing a local chiropractor to address my back, neck and shoulder issues. I noticed that he had a weight loss program. I was curious, but afraid to ask about it. As I approached perimenopause, the weight on the scale started to creep up. My face and body were starting to get some extra “fluff.” Suddenly, my bloodwork was not where it should be. It had always been pretty close to perfect. My cholesterol numbers had gone up and I was now considered in the pre-diabetic range. Something was obviously going on with me internally. It was all very concerning and confusing. I was eating healthy and working out regularly, so why was this happening? It took me a few months, but I finally I asked about the program. I had to get over myself and make my health a priority. We set up a consultation the next week and my journey began. My goal was to lose about 10-15 lbs. Six months later, I have lost over 20 lbs! I am beyond grateful for the success I have had so far! Along with the weight loss, I have reduced the inflammation inside my body. I have improved my overall physical, mental and emotional health. You can not put a price on any of that! With this program, you are working one-on-one with a highly educated and dedicated professional who is invested in supporting and teaching you how to eat the right foods and implementing lifestyle changes that are nourishing and balancing to your body. You are equipped with the right tools to help your body to function optimally. This is not a quick fix solution. There are no magic pills. This is a long term commitment to yourself and your well-being. What you put in to this program is what you will get out of it. You could try the latest diet trend on social media, follow a fitness influencer’s tips and tricks, take weight loss medications, try complicated meal plans, tediously count calorie/macro or do crazy workouts. But, I highly recommend doing what I did instead. Set up a consultation with Dr. Joseph Papalia at Long Island Weight Loss Centers in Setauket, NY at (631) 468-8288. You owe it to yourself! Please feel free to DM me with any questions. Thank you for reading.🩷

My back has been a sore spot for as long as I can remember. The last couple months it’s been barking more than usual. Unfortunately after an MRI it shows I have a herniated L5 disk. I’ve already been taking it pretty easy lately trying to see what’s up, but doctors orders say no riding for another 4-6 weeks. Thanks to Isar at @bayportathleticrecovery, I’ve been cold plunging everyday and my chiropractor @dr.josephpapalia has been working his magic. Hopefully it subsides soon, and I’m back on it around Labor Day. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
