An incredible evening at @nikusteakhouse for “A Table Set with Intention”! Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Every course of the 5-course tasting menu was paired seamlessly with @adonnawines . Meeting founder and vintner @donna.kato.104 was truly inspiring, as an Asian female founder, her craft and vision bring so much meaning to every glass.

Executive @chefdustinfalcon and the team delivered perfection at every turn. It’s easy to see why Niku is a Michelin-starred treasure for 6 years running, ranked the no. 1 steakhouse in California, and no. 49 in the world.

Pairing that culinary excellence with precision craftsmanship from @seisukeknife made the entire night unforgettable.

Meeting with @cheftonn (Thitid Tassanakajohn) felt like a masterclass in modern culinary vision. Beyond being an absolute powerhouse in global gastronomy, he is one of the primary figures elevating authentic, regional Thai cooking onto the world stage.

As head chef behind Bangkok’s world-renowned @ledukaan and @nusarabkk both claiming top spots on @theworlds50best and holding @michelinguide recognition, he continues to redefine what modern Thai food can be.

We talked about his journey, his philosophy on balancing deep heritage with local California sourcing, and his newest milestone: opening his very first U.S. restaurant, @saam3.sf right here in San Francisco.

Spoiler alert: Saam was incredible. The depth of flavor, scratch curry pastes, and focus on lost Thai regional recipes adapted with local ingredients make it an unforgettable addition to the food scene.

Checking out a late night Korean spot in downtown SF. Everything was amazing but over favorite was the creamy tteokbokki, its creamy, sweet, chewy, and everything you want in a dish.

every last Saturday of the month @pabusf by @chefmichaelmina becomes a Japanese speakeasy with a live vinyl DJ set, Japanese inspired cocktails, and Japanese bites. I highly recommend the Masterpiece, prepared table-side with smoked applewood.
