POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Can we talk about expansion for a moment? When @mrs_california and I @beealexisms began this journey- we never thought in a million years it would take off as quickly as it has. For those of you who’ve been here since day one - you’ve seen us grow our following, get traction on our posts, gain sponsorships and collaborators, and now in this background we have been working on expansion.

Allow us to introduce our PA family @itsericaofearth and our NFHE PA community page @notfromhere_either.pa

Bella and I talked about what this would look like from the start because so many people relocate for jobs, for love, and simply for CHANGE. It’s often an experience that natives won’t understand but that doesn’t mean they can’t support.

Erica is our first Village Keeper for our Landers in PA and we couldn’t have chosen a better person to work alongside. She’ll be bringing you events, community, and dope ass content. A true extension of our home base here in DFW.

Now- for those of you ready to invest in intentionally building community while promoting your own brands with the legwork and foundational principles and research done for you, you can apply to become a Village Keeper in your city on our site and DM or email us to set us your discovery call to make sure it’s an aligned fit.

WE UNDERSTAND THE INVESTMENT - but there is proof that when you put your money where your mouth is you care more about the outcome. And Bella and I work tirelessly to continue to improve, grow, and expand our reach and resources for your success along with ours.

THIS IS NOT EVENT HOSTING.
THIS IS SOCIAL NECESSITIES.™️

…But more about that later.

People *move* every day, B.

Will you be the one to make their experience (and yours) more valuable?

JOIN THE VILLAGE 🛸

Today was such a blessed day! Multiple amazing things happened yet this one hits.
@dr.paulagui & I held space for each other today to be still, talk, listen, reflect & clear our fields, as well as future plans for @masculinealchemydfw
How are you showing up for your brothers?!
I desire to show up presently for who I surround myself with. Give feedback when asked because that tells me I am trusted to ask for guidance.
I am grateful for our friendship & brotherhood Paul!
I am glad to have you in my life brother.
Keep doing what you do. I see you!🫂

🔥 M2H |THE MIRROR | FORGE EXPERIENCE 🔥

What happens when a man has the courage to truly look within?

THE MIRROR wasn’t just another Forge meeting, it was an opportunity to pause, reflect, and confront the parts of ourselves we don’t always talk about.

We asked the hard questions.
We shared our stories.
We dropped the armor.
We listened…without judgment.
And most importantly, we reminded each other that we don’t have to walk this journey alone nor the same journey.

Different perspectives were shared, but we spoke the truth and ended with love. Every man's path is different and that’s why M2H is open to everyone's voice.

The mirror doesn’t lie…it reflects. But what we choose to do with what we see is where transformation begins. I know we didn’t finish, but feel free to come visit us 10.05.26 @ South Dallas Culture Center from 1:00PM-4:00PM.

To every brother who showed up, opened up, listened, shared, and supported, THANK YOU. Your presence made the room what it was. 🖤

This is what Men2Health is about:
Brotherhood. Growth. Healing. Mental Strength.

🔥 Enter The Forge.
🪞 Meet the man within.
💪🏾 Build the man you’re becoming.

M2H Calm. Balance. Mental Strength.

Definition of a tribe is “a social group made of many FAMILIES or clans that share the same language, culture, and history.”

So when we say ‘Community In Motion’ we’re referring to everyone moving together, motivating each other, and creating a space where everyone that shows up can shine. We appreciate everyone that continues to show up on Sunday.

Join the tribe, every Sunday at 9am 🌟
