Cognitive rehabilitation is not about completing a task perfectly, it’s about challenging the brain, building confidence and maintaining functional skills.

Here is an activity for the patient to find the pairs. The button drawings are on papers and have to fit. It seems simple but it is a task that requires an average cognitive level and above. Great for patients with Alzheimer’s, #parkinsons with fine motor difficulties, dexterity, visual closure difficulties!

🇺🇸-
Getting second place is not easy to accept. I trained hard and wanted this very badly, but I believe God has a timing for everything, and today just wasn’t my day. I have nothing but gratitude in my heart because I know how much He takes care of me, keeping me safe and using every loss and win to teach me something.
I realized I was a little over my head in this tournament, thinking, “There’s no way I can lose,” and that mindset fed my ego. But It got shut down quickly. I believe God showed me that I can’t do this by myself, but through Him who strengthens me.

I really want to thank all my sponsors and the people that support me throughout this journey….
