A glimpse into the world of an Apollonaut! 🌟 Being in vet med isn’t all kittens & rainbows as there are many ups and downs in this field. It’s so incredibly rewarding to work with such caring, smart, and down to earth people 💕 I wouldn’t want to ride this roller coaster with any one else! #vetmedpride #vettech #veterinary #vetmed #vettechlife #veterinarian #vetlove #nomv #wimberleytx #wimberley #centraltexas #veterinarymedicine #veterinarytechnician #veterinaryclinic #vetclinic #atx #babygoats #kitten #radiology #adayinthelife

I’ll never get used to driving by @apollovets at night. The company it has become and grown into over the past 2+ years blows my mind and we are just getting started. I don’t think we will ever “make it” or be done building. But especially in the past 6-8 months the caliber of people who have formed our core team and who are absolutely dedicated to building a veterinary company we are proud of is astonishing to me. And we have so much more coming down the pipeline and incredible people joining the team that we cannot wait to announce. We know where we are going and it’s so fun to watch the foundation being built to sustainably get us there, on our own terms. Just today, I watched one of our Lead Technicians, who joined Apollo over two years ago with zero experience, have the best training session I have ever witness with a new assistant hire (better than I could have ever done). I met with our leadership team who challenged, debated and worked so hard together to build out our accountability chart that will allow us ti grow ti as big as we can imagine. I watched one of our newer nurses make everyone die laughing in treatment as she did a magic trick for Dr. Boerner. My surgical team was able to efficiently and safely get five patients in and out of surgery in under four hours. I mourned alongside our team when we found out about a tragic loss one of a fellow Apollonaut’s is going through. Every day is different but to have is much confidence in your team to uphold the values we’ve all agreed upon is something I’ve never experienced before in a workplace and I am so proud to be a part of that. I’m agreeing more and more with the statement that culture eats strategy for lunch, any day of the week.
