Your August doesn't have to look like every August before it.

The Lion's Gate Portal is often seen as one of the most powerful energetic periods of the year—not because life magically changes overnight, but because it invites you to become more intentional with your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Many people spend this time:
🌿 Releasing limiting beliefs
💰 Working on abundance
🧠 Resetting their mindset
❤️ Healing emotional patterns
✨ Setting powerful intentions for the months ahead

But transformation isn't just about knowing what to do.

It's about having the right guidance and consistently showing up for yourself.

That's why I've created the Lion's Gate Workshop—to help you work through this portal with guided practices, meditation, subconscious work, and spiritual tools that support lasting inner change.

🦁 If you're ready to make this Lion's Gate different from every year before...

📩 DM ""LION"" and I'll send you the workshop details as soon as registrations open.

May the odds be ever in your favour... 🏹🎬

From powerful moments to thought-provoking conversations, our screening of The Hunger Games reminded us that every story has the power to spark change.

Beyond the screen, students explored themes of power, survival, inequality, and resistance while engaging in meaningful discussions that challenged perspectives and encouraged critical thinking.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sonika Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Arts, for her constant encouragement and support. Special thanks to Asst. Prof. Rachit Raj and Asst. Prof. Tanvi Raut, Teacher In-Charges, for their guidance and coordination. We also extend our appreciation to our Student Representative, Ms. Riya Nagda, whose dedication played a key role in making this event a success.

The screening encouraged participants to engage in thoughtful discussions on the socio-political relevance of the film, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills beyond the classroom.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sonika Gupta, Dean – Faculty of Arts, for her constant encouragement and support. Special thanks to Asst. Prof. Rachit Raj and Asst. Prof. Tanvi Raut, Teacher In-Charges, for their guidance and coordination. 🌱 Small actions. Lasting impact.

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, in collaboration with SSA & IQAC, successfully organized two meaningful community engagement initiatives— Operation Clean Sweep and Say No to Drugs— at Iraniwadi, Kandivali West on 23rd July 2026.

Through Operation Clean Sweep, students actively participated in promoting cleanliness and environmental responsibility in support of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, reinforcing the message that every effort contributes to a healthier and greener tomorrow.

The Say No to Drugs awareness campaign encouraged the community to choose a healthier lifestyle by spreading awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and inspiring individuals to make informed, positive choices.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sonika Gupta (Dean – Faculty of Arts), Dr. Mahesh Lavate and Ms. Nividha Agarwal (Teacher Representative) for their invaluable guidance and unwavering support. We also appreciate the dedicated efforts of our Class Representatives – Mayank Lad, Chirag Kamble, and Sonu Singh, along with every student volunteer whose enthusiasm made these initiatives a success.

Together, we reaffirm that meaningful change begins with awareness, responsibility, and collective action. 💚✨
