Day Four — ACTAI Bali 🇮🇩 Our final day of the tech talks included an inspiring story from Titouan Bernicot of Coral Gardeners. Originating from French Polynesia, Coral Gardeners is a global movement leading the way on restoring coral reefs and protecting marine ecosystems. As part of ACTAI’s core mission to support ocean conservation, we are honored to collaborate with Coral Gardeners. The afternoon was a deep wellness reset, with meditation, saunas and ice baths at a beautiful wellness sanctuary overlooking the ocean. Some of our surfers headed out to take on the swell, before everyone came back together in the evening to dance the night away with world class DJs. 📸@yaronbindels

Collaborations still coming out of our first Surf Summit! 🌊🌊🌊 Here’s our second recap video! 🔥 A 35 min fireside chat with @kitevc and @amandaterry is up on our @actaiventures YouTube channel with 🔗 in bio. From the first employee at TSMC ➡️ backing 23+ public companies (Zoom, Canva, Dapper Labs), Bill Tai shared how he went from funding capital-intensive semiconductor startups to spotting breakout web companies often through unconventional founder gatherings on kiteboarding trips (now @actaiglobal). 🪁 ✨ Canva’s seed round came together after founder Melanie Perkins pitched on a kite trip. ✨ Zoom was first stress tested on Sir Richard Branson’s private island. In 2019, companies represented on one trip alone had a combined $30B valuation—at one point soaring past $200B. 📈 Bill’s mentor, Sequoia Capital’s Don Valentine, left him with 3 timeless lessons: 1️⃣ Markets 2️⃣ Management 3️⃣ Don’t Overpay And when it comes to entrepreneurship? Bill draws analogies to surfing—find the right wave, position yourself, and ride it as far as you can. 🌊🏄‍♂️ #surfsummit #surfranch #surfing #actaiventures #tensorwave #usavionix #onchainmonkey #graywhale #ai #goodvibesclub #gvc #web3 #venturecapital #investing

Still riding the stoke from an unforgettable trip to @kswaveco in Lemoore, CA! 🌊🏄🏻‍♀️🌊🏄🏾‍♂️🌊🏄‍♂️ Grateful to have been joined by legends @kitevc and @raimanaworld—masters of venture and surf— who showed us what it means to help others catch waves. Whether it’s getting barreled or launching a startup, the right, experienced coach and community cheering you on can make what feels impossible within reach. From timing the paddle to the perfect push, correcting your course mid-ride, or simply having someone who believes in you—it all makes the difference.✨ Huge thanks to everyone who contributed their good vibes for our inaugural Surf Summit, the organizing team @suzanne.zd @amandaterry @paularosales @sagolla, awesome team at @kswaveco, and our co-sponsors @tensorwave_cloud, @kinora.ai, @onchainmonkey, US Avionix, and @graywhale_ai for making this bucket list dream into a reality for a special group of AI, Blockchain, Longevity, & Robotics founders & investors!🧡🌊 📷: @hashim.209

Prior to his board and train, Rambo could be described in a similar fashion to the fictional Rambo: disregards orders, reckless, and has a tough-guy persona. Although Rambo may still fit the tough-guy looks, he’s just a sensitive, goofy, 10 month old puppy who needed a confidence boost while working on some household manners. Much of Rambo’s board and train focused on giving clear instruction, adding structure, and showing him that he could do hard things. During his stay, every interaction had a specific set of parameters that he was expected to follow and that was enforced by each person that handled him. This added structure gave Rambo a clear picture on what was the “correct” or expected behavior versus creating his own fun. Once Rambo figured out how to win the game, he started offering those behaviors and it became part of who he was. No matter if it’s a dog or person, we can all agree that clear expectations lead to a better experience for everyone involved. A dog like Rambo, who thrives on structure, can make the transition home difficult for the humans responsible for his care. Some owners can make subtle lifestyle shifts for their dog, while Rambo’s parents needed to change how they handled almost every interaction with him. Michelle and John have a lot of work cut out for them, but they handled his midway and take home sessions beautifully. We focused on shifting to a calm mindset for themselves and for Rambo, working at a pace that is comfortable for everyone, and using what Rambo knows to introduce new things or up the stakes. Rambo has been home for a little over a week and his mom reported that everyone is doing well with the transition. Rambo is much more behaved in the house and continues to work on his impulse control around the smaller dogs. We’ll have Rambo back for a tune-up later in May to keep him on the right path. This is proof that just because a program has completed doesn’t mean the training has fully ended. _____ #clevelanddogtrainer #dogsofohio #dobermanpuppies #dobies #workinggroup #puppytrainer #clevelandheights #lakewoodohio #obediencetraining #dogtrainerslife

So ridiculously proud and happy for @thethreadauthority & @pdomax_beautyauthority . What an awesome opportunity ♥️💜@thedoctorstv . We adore both of these badass women. I am fortunate that Gio @pdomax_beautyauthority , the founder of PDOMAX came to our clinic in Strongsville, Ohio (before that location even opened) to train me the “PDOMAX Way” so I could train others to really Rock threads the way I have ...How did I accomplish this? ...because I worked hard when I was given a wonderful opportunity. You can do the same. They are genuine souls and are people you want in your corner because they empower others. They support me and our trainings ,which means they support our trainees too♥️ . We have some amazing trainings coming up in South Florida & Cleveland, Ohio. I know some people have big training groups, however, we don’t believe it that. You cant learn to do new procedures with doing one patient or half a patient. It’s not safe, nor is it fair to you as a trainer or your future patients. We insist that Trainees have multiple patients at each training. Even if you’re advanced. ******************************************* Contact us for Group/Private Trainings: at Your clinic or one of Our clinic locations💪🏼 Beginning & Advanced Info@Theinvidiaacademy.com Dina & Gio , you guys deserve all of this and more. Thank you for helping me believe there are still good people out there in this biz. Pretty excited for all the future holds. Im thankful to have your support. Again, big huge Congratulations 💕💜 #Pdothreads #bootylift #cellulitereduction #instadaily #hyperdiluteradiesse #strongsvilleoh #jupiter #wellingtonflorida #pdothreads #nonsurgicalbbl #thedoctors #pdomaxthreadtrainings #pdothreadtraining#invidialounge #biocorehealth #biocorehealthrx #merzaesthetics #stuartflorida
