Esthetic treatment with all ceramic crowns and veneers ⚡️

Getting the right shape is probably the most important features of a restoration itself.
Here, a patient who couldn’t even smile wide at the first visit, because she definitely was unhappy with her smile and the overall appearance of all four incisors.
Patient underwent in-home bleaching until the desired color was reached ( 3 weeks with Opalescence 16% for 2 hours with custom trays ).
Design - using @smilecloud_biometrics , both me and @stefan.m.popov managed to get the job done. After a mock-up approval, we’ve proceed with two PMMA’s for the central incisors and after two weeks - veneers prep and final scans.
Delivery day - two LiSi Veneers and two full ceramic crowns ( Amber Mill ) crafted by @stefan

What we got - a happy and sincere smile. Cheers to a wonderful week ahead!

Quadrant rejuvenation with direct and indirect composite, as part of a full mouth rehabilitation ⚡️

Whenever planning a restorative treatment, I always take into consideration patient’s habits, hygiene caries risk and etc. when choosing what my approach would be.

Here, I’ve made three direct composites, (14/15/17) and one indirect composite overlay for 16. Based on sufficient thickness of the cusps that was left regarding the premolars I’ve managed to perform one-staged direct restorations using Garrison 3D-Fusion rings, that are, by far, the best composite rings I’ve came across.

Getting the right proximal contour and contact surface is, still, a big challenge for me. The rings have the ability to prevent collapse of the matrix into the cavity, that would lead to a wrong proximal contour, thus - inadequate contacts.

Essentia Universal + Ever X Flow-Dentin are used for all the directs.
Indirect composite overlay luted with heated composite.

Two-staged endo/resto case for two premolars ⚡️

Quite challenging isolation and DME here - I’ve used two, modified copper bands adapted to the outer root concavities as performing them I’ve done the IPDS, too. A flowable and packable to reach a proper height.
Second stage was performed with double curve matrices to compensate the depth of the defect and help me achieve a contact, not so precise and tight, for sure.
The Absolute challenge was getting the right curvature of the proximal walls, due to the frequent displacement while inserting the separation ring.
Nothing fancy, just real world dentistry for a senior patient.
