Grateful for the opportunity to serve as one of the athletic trainers on the USA medical staff at the U23 World Championships. 🇺🇸

It was a great week of seeing old friends, making new friends, and watching a lot of great wrestling. It’s always an honor and a blessing to represent USA wrestling and it was extra special to get to do it on home soil.

Congratulations to all our athletes on their accomplishments. I’m so proud of all of you! 🏆

This is some of the team behind the team and it includes a sports dietician, 2 athletic trainers, physician, chiropractor, massage therapist, and strength & performance specialist.

You guys, did you know there is a chaplain praying for and walking with our USA Wrestlers?! Her ministry is not just at the Olympic training center, these athletes carry the truth of the gospel back to their colleges and families all over the USA and the world. She supports them from country to country, shining the light of Jesus wherever she goes! If you want to support her, peep the link in my story!!

OH by the way— I moved to PA (,:

Adios Rado Prings! There aren’t enough pictures to post or words that hold the appreciation I have for my time in Colorado at the training center. Not a forever goodbye seeing as I’ll visit often for training camps but it’s not where I call home anymore🥹. It wasn’t real until I drove far enough away from the mountains I couldn’t see them anymore only to find myself driving through more (thank God). Because of CO I will have more friends for a lifetime than I would’ve believed a few years back and so many memories I get to live with forever. I’m excited for the opportunities I’ve already had in this move and more importantly to be involved with the development of the sport that’s kept me sane, drove me insane and has done more for me than I can put into words at this moment. All this to say, thank you Jesus for an incredible life. Let’s keep LIVIN & telling the world of all the cool stuff we do📈🔋❤️🪽!

Thank you @mikeblanc93 and @auburnu for hosting this conference to help our FCA staff receive the equipping we need to chaplain in different athletics programs all over the world. Amazing lessons learned, and the fellowship was 10/10✨💕
