New chapter, new demands, but same outcome. 🔥
Different season. Higher standards. Bigger challenges. But the goal remains the same: compete, grow, and deliver.
Ready for what’s next. 💪🏽✨

Today, I have the honor of talking about my son—and a journey that honestly still amazes me.
Most high school seniors are focused on finishing their final year, enjoying the moment, and getting ready for what comes next. But my son had a different plan.
Through his AP and AICE courses, he had already built a strong foundation. But during his senior year, he decided to push himself even further. In just two semesters, he took on an additional 30 college credits—while still completing high school.
And somewhere along the way, there was a moment that really captures who he is.
When he sat down with his college counselor and shared his plan, the counselor looked at him and said, “That’s a lot of credits… are you sure?”
Without hesitation, he answered, “I can do it.”
And he did.
Not only did he complete those 30 credits in such a short time, but he earned his Associate of Arts degree before even graduating high school. And on top of that, he was recognized with the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society—something that reflects not just ability, but consistent excellence and commitment.
That kind of achievement doesn’t happen by accident. It takes long nights, sacrifice, discipline, and a level of determination that you don’t always see at this age.
But what makes me most proud isn’t just what he accomplished—it’s how he approached it.
He believed in himself. He set a goal that others questioned, and instead of backing down, he leaned in. He didn’t look for the easy way—he chose the challenge.
As a parent, you hope your child grows into someone who is resilient, driven, and confident enough to say “I can do it”—and then prove it.
Today, we celebrate more than a degree. We celebrate the work ethic, the courage, and the mindset that made it possible.
I am incredibly proud of the young man you are becoming. This is an amazing milestone—but it’s also just the beginning of everything you’re capable of.
Congratulations. You said you could do it—and you did.

Athletes understand training hard! However, many need help when it comes to recovery. Can you tell when something is just tight, overworked, or maybe that muscle group is working over time because something else may not be activating? Don't let your hard work go to waste by recovering poorly.
